人家說,在高海拔睡太多天會虛弱,尤其是超過大本營以上的高度(說法從5400m~6000m都有),人體無法恢復。
但是我這一次在海拔5300m以上住了約40天,之中在海拔6400m以上共睡了10天(有8天是連續的),而在海拔7200m以上的有3天…
我沒有特別感到明顯的虛弱。若說單純的身體疲勞,還是會恢復的。
而對於我咳受這件事,的確感覺海拔越高越嚴重,也真的是直到我下降到海拔2800的LUKALA,才稍稍有變好的趨勢。而到加德滿都之後,不知道是因為時間還是海拔,現在好多了。
People say that sleeping at high altitude for too long days will be weak, especially if it exceeds the height above the base camp (different people say different high, from the point of view of 5400m to 6000m), and the human body cannot recover.
